This objective measurement supports diagnosis, recovery, lifestyle management and behaviour change programmes. The information is used to help elderly patients stay in their own homes for longer, reducing hospital re-admissions and assisting in the care of those with life-long conditions.

Technical Description
Activinsights registers each health practice as an Operator and only the basic demographic and behavioural information leaves the practice. The health practitioner registers patients with the Data Engine and allocates a wearable to them. When the patient returns after a period of time the Atoms are sent to the Data Engine and then the health practitioner requests a report from Activinsights.
